At iFace, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your electronics or accessories don't meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all manuals and accessories, to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship Items Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5 business days.
